The theme for A Design Film Festival 2015, Depth of Width explores the roles of generalists and specialists in today’s design ecosystem. As the boundaries between disciplines dissolve, so has the traditional specialisations within design fallen apart. The patchwork branding graphics reflects the cross-pollination of creative disciplines and the increasingly multi-faceted roles of a designer.
